Conditions
- Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
- Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required at time of booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
- 25% of rental fee due at time of booking to secure property.
- Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival at property.
- Cancellation 4 weeks or less from your arrival date will forfeit the 25% deposit
- Property not suitable for children under 5.
